I second that & ...

My little Quarter Horse, Harley, went down to James' to be started a year ago, when he was three. I also went down for the obligatory hand-over at the end of the three weeks.

I have to say that Harley is the best horse I have ever ridden and I learned so much from my 2 and a bit days with James. Harley has just got better & better in the year since then. It was utterly worth it, taking him to James was just about the best thing I could have done for him.. If I ever get another horse the first thing I will do is take it to James, regardless whether it is already started or not.

James is totally focussed on "do it for the horse, not to the horse" and that shows in everything he does. Talking to him gave me such a much clearer perspective on what I was doing in the Parelli programme.

I think Max says it better than me, here:

By the way - I like the new website; Nice!
