Well Here it goes

Well here it goes, I've actually done it and created an account on a social networking site.

I'm a Parelli student, nearer 30 than 20 years of age. 

My horse is a tall handsome red head with 4 white socks.  He was not what I thought I was looking for in a horse.

I wanted something dark bay (easy to make it look clean), no more than 16.1hh, probably an Irish Sports horse.  What did I get - a chestnut with four white socks, who is 16.3hh and a Hanovarian Trakhener cross.

I wouldn't change him for the world. 

He is left brained, sometimes extrovert sometimes introvert, a real gentleman with Tigger on Speed tendencies.  He has a high play drive, he so makes me laugh with his antics and joy in living.  He definitely has a twinkle in his eye most of the time too.

He keeps me sane in a pressured world.

We have been studying Parelli for about 18 months now, and it has been amazing.  Family and Work commitments mean we cannot play as much as we would like to, but each day I learn something new about myself, and my horse.  Life is good when I am in the moment with him.

Speak to you all again sometime, it's way past my bedtime and my cocoa is getting cold
