Une ligne fine...

Bonjour!

J'espère que vous bravez l'hiver aussi bien que nous ici à Avenches!

Ma petite réflexion de ce jour touche un sujet qui me fascine depuis très longtemps et que j'adorres observer chez moi et chez les autres.

Il s'agit de cette ligne infiniment fine qui peut faire toute la différence dans la séance avec le cheval... mais aussi ailleurs dans la vie...

C'est le peu qu'il faut pour que le cheval puisse accepter quelque chose sans résistance et doute et combien il est facile parfois de créer pleins de problèmes sans le vouloir.

Le bon gest qu bon moment avec la bonne intention, pour la bonne raison et avec le bon timing..... savoir quand relâcher...

Car c'est là, le secret... qui n'est plus un secret heureusement... ce n'est pas ce que nous faisons... c'est savoir quand arrêter de faire... et alors la magie peut commencer.... Car quand tout se mets ensemble... quand la préparation va la rencontre de l'opportunité, cela nous donne un fort sentiment de vivre quelque chose de magique..... et c'est nous qui somme les magiciens!

I hope you are coping with the winter as well as we do here in Switzerland!

What I have in my mind is something that fascinates me since a long time and I love observing it on myself and others.

It's about this very fine line.. a thread ... that lies between someting wonderful and something miserable..

How little it needs so that a horse can accept something with trust and without resistance and how little it takes to creat problems without realizing and wanting it.

Being at the right place, at the right time, knowing what to do... but more so.. knowing when to quit....

Because this is where the secret lies... and it's not a secret anymore... it's not what we do, it's when we quit doing what we're doing that makes the difference.... and that's when the magic starts.. when we find this.. not too much.. yet not too little... and really being together....when everything comes together, when preparation meets opportunity.. you start experciencing something magic... and YOU are the magician!

You certainly realize by reading this message that I am having a wonderful time with my new young horse.. his name.. Sirius con Fede.. there are pictures on facebook ;-)
