content at bottom of page

just to let you know that when I go to some groups, blogs, forums the title appears up the top but I have to scrolll way way down the page to the bottom to see the message content.

I am on version 6.02 of IE at work, not sure what I have on the home computer - don't know if the browser ma makes a difference.
