Africa: Our Journey #19 Connection

It felt like spring today.  I wore a down vest rather than my Carthart to the barn.  The sun was shining and the sky was a bright blue.

It amazes me when Africa understands what I'm asking him to do.  Again we are working on Liberty.  A friend shared an idea about body language when doing Liberty.  When our partner is on line we may signal differently than when at liberty.  Consequently our partner may not understand what we are asking.  So if we believe the rope is still there we may signal in a more similiar way.  Anyway I tried it with Africa.  I connected to Africa with an imaginary lead.  It really seemed to help our mutual connection.

We are working with moving our own bubbles.  Practicing the figure 8 pattern, I can move Africa's bubble away by pushing my bubble toward him.  By pulling my bubble back, Africa moves towards me.  It's a push and pull without touching each other.  It's an energetic connection.
