Making the Decision

Last July I made the very difficult decision to geld my colt Amir. I want him to have the happiest, healthiest life possible and I know that as a stallion he wouldn't be able to do so. But before he is gelded I am going to have him collected as he has excellent bloodlines (he is by the "Polish legend" *Ecaho and is out of a Kaborr granddaughter who also has lines to *Serafix, *Etiw, Etna, *Karadjorje, *Silver Drift, and more) and is a wonderful example of his breed. The whole procedure will be performed at Alamo Pintado Equine Hospital. Now the time is growing near (we are planning to take him up there sometime in April, but no specific date as of now) and I must admit I need some support. I am both eager and reluctant to have it done. Oh, how I wish it was all over and done with! Could you please pray for my boy, that everything will go smoothly and quickly, and that everything will return to normal when we come home? Thank you so much!
