Bad Times

Well we have been playing the games for a few months now. Had some fab moments including lessons with 2 different Parelli Professionals and yesterday was spent all day watching a 3 star PP give two new friends lesson.

However last night was a real struggle. The moment I put the rope halter on him to fetch him in from the field Arthur was wanting to be outta here! He took off which I was expecting so I had the 22 foot line and was able to hold onto. Then he went again, but this time I couldn't hold him! My boyfriend managed to catch him then he was up leaping in the air, bucking and rearing!!!

What can I do?????

I think my plan is:   I have to make it so Arthur wants to come in. I have to be more interesting than the other horses in the field. So for the next few days I am gonna take him carrots and make a big fuss and lots of scratching whilst he is in the field and not even try to bring him in.
