Jester a new horse

Hi

Me and Jess are going great guns. Spending time with him is so much fun and never stressful, frustrating or scary as had been the case before he went to the JR foundation. He truly is a different horse and best of all im a different owner.

My seat is so much better, my manner around him results in the behaviour I desire from him. I never tie him up, he follows me everywhere with no intention of moving when being pampered. He is a more confidant and relaxed horse and when taken away from his herd couldnt care less.  Hacking across the ridgeway is great, and we had a lesson with Elaine last month which was fun and gave me new things to think about, missed the one I had booked before she went away because of work, but guess its how I pay for him so cant complain to much.

I have just got myself some new transport which I pick up in 2 weeks time and simply cant wait.  Im keen to get jess out and about.  Just going to travel him to places work him on line then bring him home for a while, then once he settled do some fun rides, thats the plan so we shall see how it goes.

My current focus is working on ideas im getting from my parelli dvds, which is challenging with a cheeky and clever horse but he will make me smile with his response and then we tend to get it right the next time, its all good fun though
