On Line and Liberty ~ 1 hour

 

My little Daisy Mae is such a champ.  We started out on the 45 foot, and she cantered and cantered and cantered around.  We did some change of direction and sideways.  Everything looked good!  She has a tendency not to actually do a FLC, but to just counter canter on the circle, but it is a 'play' in progress. 

I then hooked her up to the tire and drove her around for a bit.  She was fabulous!  She really didn't care one bit about the tire or having to pull it around.  So I figured that we would up the ante and attached another tire.  Again, she didn't even bat an eye!  She will walk and trot around pulling two tires!  How cool!  I am hoping to buy a real harness before fall so I can hook her up to a sled this winter.  Then she can pull me. :D

Now Liberty...  we are playing in Level 4 On Line, but Liberty... Level 1.  It has always been a sticky point for us.  But I figured we would give it a try.  We started out with the bonding game.  If I went slow, she would leave, but as soon as I starting running around, she stuck with me!!  Interesting...  Then I asked her to jump the barrels.  Again, NO PROBLEM!!  Wow!  She went sideways over the barrels, and she would jump half way over the barrels and stop.  Very cool.  Its all in the beginning stages, but it was great!  Love Daisy!
