NEW NATURAL DIY LIVERIES IN DORMANSLAND, SURREY

 Hi all

I have just bought a beautiful place in  Dormansland, Surrey in an area of ONB with direct acccess to miles of bridle paths and are looking for natural diy liveries as well as house & yard. 

Currently it is a 3 bed detached house,  36 stables, 110 acres and an indoor arena (20 x 27)and a covered 50' round pen. It is our intention to obtain planning permission to remove the current house and stables and replace it with an eco house and 6 stables for ourselves, separate block of 4 stables for liveries, menage (20 x 40 or similar and possibly covered) and classroom facility . We will be promoting all things natural and we like to host clinics and the like there now, and in the future. (maybe even a Parelli Activity Centre!)

We are looking for DIY liveries from 1st September for 15 acres (of the 110) and 4 stables. 

In addition to the above, during the time of the planning building project, which we expect will take anywhere between 6 - 24 months, we would also like to rent out the house to a 'natural' person from 1st september temporarily on a 6 monthly rolling basis (with possibility of going up to 18months + depending on planning) together with 4 or so stables (more if required) and about 15 acres. We are planning on renting the rest of the land for hay and grazing cattle and sheep. , If anyone is interested in renting the house & liveries there on a temp basis or the potential permanent liveries please let me know.
